Our Process


1. Discovery

The discovery phase is the period of time we collect information about your business. This may include consulting you on your history, objectives, and goals. We then start to give structure to your website by creating your website’s menu, otherwise known as the sitemap. The sitemap is the basic information architecture of every website.

2. Prototype

At this stage, your website will be mocked up in a monochrome black and white structure that will reveal the functionality and placement of information on the page. You will be able to click around and see the interaction of the website, and experience the new layout of information.

3. Design

At this stage we work on the visual language of your brand and then embed it in website. We usually provide multiple options to select from for the new design.

4. Development

We take all of the information from the previous steps The website is now code it with cross-browser compliant code.

5. Launch and Revisions

We now move your website from the staging server to your own server. This is where application support and development happens, as well as continued infrastructure services such as hosting and email. We often provide continued monthly support after platforms are launched.

Am I going to be tied into a contract?

Our Website Development packages require a signed contract with 50% at the start, and 50% on delivery.

Can I change the scope of my project during my project?

We prefer to identify a scope, agree to terms, and then once the initial contract is competed, continue with new developments on your platform. It is completely natural to have new ideas and want to build more during the development of your platform- and we definitely want you to grow, so we reserve contractural changes only if it is absolutely needed during the initial phase.
